I was introduced to this name through a favorite show of mine on the
FoodTV network: Good Eats. I'd
never heard of her before, but now I see her name a lot in my favorite
cooking magazines. She talks about the science of cooking, in such a
friendly, down-to-earth and accurate way. I just love the stuff I've read
so far and I've learned a LOT.
Then I read her bio at the Good
Eats Fan page. This is one NIFTY lady, and I wish I could be doing the
kinds of things she does.
