1 cod fillet, cut in half
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 cup white wine
1 teaspoon chopped dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Wash and pat dry the cod. Place in small baking dish. The cod shouldn't be
crowded, but there shouldn't be a lot of room left around them, either.
In a saute pan on the stove, melt the butter. When it stops foaming, add
the garlic past and cook for a minute, then add the white wine and parsley.
Simmer until the wine is reduced by half. Add the rest of the ingredients
and simmer for another minute, then pour over the cod.
Broil the cod for 6-10 minutes, or until it turns opaque and flakes
easily. Serve over rice pilaf.
