I'm trying to wrap my brain around how this might affect the depth and
quality of sleep of people who suffer from allergies (and who aren't
taking anti-histamines). Might they have more histamines (because of
the allergies) in their brain cells and therefore sleep more fitfully?
I love news like this, because it always raises a half a dozen other
questions for me. There's still plenty to be discovered when it comes to
chemical interactions in the body and how it affects the numerous body
systems.
